貴州電梯安裝公司維保單位專項(xiàng)整治工作正式啟動

為進(jìn)一步落實(shí)電梯維保單位安全主體責(zé)任，規(guī)范臺州市電梯使用和維護(hù)保養(yǎng)工作，臺州市質(zhì)監(jiān)局于近日在全市范圍內(nèi)開展為期4個(gè)月的電梯維保單位專項(xiàng)整治工作。

此次整治將對臺州市范圍內(nèi)66家電梯維保單位單位進(jìn)行全面監(jiān)督檢查。從3月開始，為期4個(gè) 月，分為工作部署、自查自糾、全面檢查、驗(yàn)收總結(jié)等四個(gè)階段進(jìn)行。整治的內(nèi)容包括工作質(zhì)量檢查、應(yīng)急反應(yīng)能力檢查、企業(yè)自查清理等三個(gè)方面，主要檢查電梯 維保人員是否具備相應(yīng)的資格；能否按照規(guī)定，開展維保工作，維保記錄是否規(guī)范、真實(shí)可信；應(yīng)急救援電話后，能否在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)趕赴現(xiàn)場采取救援措施；是否有 針對性的制定維護(hù)保養(yǎng)方案，落實(shí)維保工作中安全防護(hù)措施；是否能對未經(jīng)定期檢驗(yàn)或者檢驗(yàn)不合格、以及存在事故隱患的電梯進(jìn)行自查和清理等。

要求各單位結(jié)合 本單位實(shí)際，認(rèn)真制定好專項(xiàng)整治計(jì)劃并按要求抓好貫徹落實(shí)，同時(shí)要求抓好電梯的“定檢率、持證上崗率、使用登記率”等工作，確保專項(xiàng)整治不走過場、不蜻蜓 點(diǎn)水，按照“嚴(yán)管、細(xì)查、重處”的原則開展工作，務(wù)求實(shí)效。

貴州電梯安裝公司整治結(jié)束后，臺州市質(zhì)監(jiān)局將針對存在問題比較多和群眾投訴比較多的電梯維保單位進(jìn)行隨機(jī)抽查，從資質(zhì)條件、人員配備、維保質(zhì)量等督促維保單位落實(shí)主體責(zé)任。對于本次監(jiān)督檢查結(jié)果，將統(tǒng)一進(jìn)行通報(bào)，并將結(jié)果納入對電梯維保單位年度違法違規(guī)綜合量化考核當(dāng)中。（市局特設(shè)處）
