記者走訪發(fā)現(xiàn)，晨光家園A區(qū)內(nèi)大多數(shù)居民樓的電梯多多少少都出現(xiàn)過(guò)問(wèn)題，主要以突然在某一層停住把乘客關(guān)在轎廂內(nèi)為主。許多居民都表示，小區(qū)里的電梯已經(jīng)運(yùn)行十多年了，雖然沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)過(guò)大事故，但小故障頻發(fā)讓大家心里沒(méi)了安全感，上樓下樓總提心吊膽的。
